Organize your time that take to emailing – Most of are not just reading the email in the inbox. You have got introduction to send, replies to write and messages to examine before the hitting send. Martin said most of the people are bouncing back between these activities like they sort one email for later, read one email, answer one email and back to sorting. Now the Google will sort everything, then when you did read everything that you want to read.

Only see at the emails that you want to read -Every email that received to inbox is not important to us. That’s what the filters are work for you. Use the filters to get unimportant messages out of the way.  So you can see the important messages first and deal with them. So try to make every email that gets to your inbox something you need to see,” says Martin.

Deal with each email twice and for all - You are disturbing by over a single email you read in the morning? That means you are doing it in wrong way. Also a not replied message is taking up space in your brain. Considering the status of your future action, read it once to scan and put in a pile. Martin said “Future you’ will benefit from your first touch and sort”
